Kat A. Jarvis
Kat A. Jarvis is an experienced business manager and operations leader with a strong background in accounting, human resources, and organizational development. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting businesses, law firms, healthcare organizations, and public agencies with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth.
At Lester Law, Kat oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including finance, technology, and staff development. She plays a key role in ensuring that the firm runs smoothly, implementing effective systems, and supporting both attorneys and staff so they can focus on client service.
Her professional experience spans corporate accounting, financial analysis, small business management, and public affairs. Before joining Lester Law, Kat held leadership and accounting roles in both the private and public sectors, where she was recognized for improving operations, strengthening compliance, and delivering measurable results.
Kat also served as a Broadcast Journalist and Public Affairs Specialist with the Army National Guard, including an overseas deployment where she documented NATO operations. She received several commendations for her service and contributions.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Management from Guilford College and is certified in Lean Six Sigma process improvement.
She is passionate about building efficient systems, improving operations, and empowering teams to succeed.
