Richard W. Hall

Richard Hall is an attorney with Lester Law and a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as Director of Operations for the Wake Forest Law Ambassadors, Business Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and was recognized as a Rosewood Leadership and Character Scholar. He also participated in pro bono initiatives through Teen Court and the Prison Letters Project.

Richard has gained valuable legal experience through internship positions with Brock & Scott, PLLC, Davis & Hamrick, LLP, and the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office. His broad array of internships gave him considerable opportunities to hone his litigatory skills for both criminal and civil matters while developing advanced legal research techniques.

Prior to attending law school, Richard attended Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2020. While there he co-founded the BYU Interfaith Society and was published in the Madison Journal of Literary Criticism for his literary analysis of The Wreck of The Golden Mary.

Outside of the legal field, he enjoys performing stand-up comedy, collecting jerseys, and exploring the intersection of law and culture through film.
